Engineering Overview

I'm a software engineering student who loves figuring out how complex systems work under the hood. I specialize in building low-level architecture and machine learning models entirely from first principles. Whether I'm writing core logic in C++ and Python, or building out interfaces with React and TypeScript, my focus is always on engineering clean, transparent, and highly optimized software.

My recent work includes CGPT++, a custom language model and tensor library engineered in pure C++ without external ML dependencies, and an intelligent Weather Agent orchestrated with LangGraph. I'm currently studying Computer Engineering at De Anza College, targeting a 2027 university transfer, and I am always looking for the next challenging engineering problem to tackle.

Featured Work

Python C++ Optics Simulation

Qapinn Thermo Optic

Co-developed with a research partner a thermo-optic phase shifter model using Quantum-Assisted PINNs (PyTorch, PennyLane) to solve static and transient heat equations, leading the quantum circuit design and physics/PDE modeling. By replacing classical neural layers with a two-qubit variational quantum circuit, the research utilizes Fourier analysis and spatial-temporal heatmaps to mathematically explain how entanglement impacts parameter efficiency and physical accuracy in photonic device simulations.

Experience & Education

REV 01 JAN 2026 – PRESENT

Software Engineer Intern — POZzlePiece Inc.

Internship | Systems & Quality Assurance Engineering

  • Test Architecture & RTM Design: Engineered the comprehensive test plan and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), mapping all functional requirements to unit, integration, and system-level test cases.
  • Security & Authentication Protocols: Formulated testing strategies for JSON Web Token (JWT/JWE) expiration, token hijacking prevention, HTTPS enforcement, and administrative privilege testing.
  • Performance & Scalability Planning: Established load-testing blueprints using simulation tools like k6 or JMeter to handle 500–1,000 initial concurrent users and optimize PostgreSQL connection pooling.
  • Feature Risk Mitigation: Designed targeted validation strategies for high-risk system features, including algorithmic matching queries, real-time messaging synchronization, multi-provider subscription billing, and user safety/moderation workflows.
